Kammaleathahh provides packages grouped in five or ten session sessions, in varying increments of time (30 minute, 60 minute, or 90 minute blocks). Purchasing a massage package is beneficial for you because more consistent massage means more therapeutic results; it is a commitment to your health and wellbeing; and sessions can be shared with friends and family.

We will walk through the isles of Earth Fare together and improve your relationship to food shopping. Grocery shopping can be a stressful experience for many, and particularly in health food stores. This tour will introduce you to new ingredients and provide basic information on particular brands or products. Please RSVP to Miriam.
