The Organizing Committee meets every Sunday to review event reservation forms. Please take this into account when submitting an application. If you would like to download a printable version of this form, click here (.pdf). Please return it to the HIVE Office.

Event submission guidelines

• Please refer to the Event Calendar before submitting an application form to determine what dates are open.
• In order to promote diversity of events, we are unable to approve more than four events per month for any one group or individual. Exceptions to this may be made on a case-by-case basis by the Organizing Committee.

*Space Usage Fees
Space at The HIVE is made available at no charge for any event that is free to the public. If you plan to solicit donations at your event, The HIVE shall receive 10% of the gross collected. If your event is for-profit, there is a $5 per hour usage fee in addition to 10% of the gross profit collected. These fees are due the day of the event.
